O'Neills of County Cork and Ulster

Trying to find information on a Charles O'Neill Esq., of Clonkeen, I believe in County Cork. His daughter Anne, who died in 1805, married my 5th great-grandfather Hugh O'Neill of the Feeva.
Also on a Bernard O'Neill, born in Ballygrooby and Dunmore, died in Anaghmore, whose daughter Mary married Felix Cunnigham O'Neill of The Feeva (1788-1858).
Also on a John O'Neill Esq., of Muinterevelin, County Tyrone, whose daughter Mary married Bernard, above.
Also on a Hugh Duff O'Neill, who was a Captain in one of the regiments at the Battle of the Boyne, I have found listings in both the Earl of Antrim's and Lord Bellew's regiments for Captain Hugh O'Neill but not sure which one is Hugh Duff, whose daughter Mary (1691-1791) married my 6th great-grandfather Charles Dubh O'Neill of the Feeva, who died in 1777, and had Hugh O'Neill, mentioned in the second line.
By find information I mean which line of O'Neills they would descend from, or even just more info about where the O'Neills of Cork came from. There is a book called the O'Neills of County Cork and Their Descendants from 1666-1998, not sure if anyone has it, may have info on Charles of Clonkeen.

This is the Offical web site of the O'Neills of Ulster. With the support of our kinsmen, we are coming together to form a strong Celtic community  in Ireland and across the world.
